  3. Click Install Now, then Activate

Or upload the plugin folder manually to /wp-content/plugins/ and activate it.

Configuration

  1. Go to Recruitly → Settings in your WordPress admin
  2. Enter your API Key — find it at secure.recruitly.io/settings/api
  3. Enter the API Server value — contact Recruitly support if you don't have this
  4. Click Update Configuration

The plugin will pull all your published jobs. This takes 1–2 minutes on first sync.

How Sync Works

When you publish or update a job in Recruitly with the website toggle enabled, the plugin automatically creates or updates a WordPress post of type job. Each job post includes:

  • All job metadata (title, salary, location, recruiter info, etc.)
  • Taxonomy terms (sector, city, country, job type, etc.)
  • Banner and detail images (if uploaded in Recruitly)

Setting Up Job Images

In Recruitly, open the job posting and make sure the website toggle is activated in the Overview area. Then go to the Website section to upload:

  • Banner Image — displayed on the job listing page as a preview
  • Detail Image — displayed within the individual job post

Both images sync automatically to WordPress.

Manual Refresh

Sync is automatic, but if your site appears out of date:

  1. Go to Recruitly → Settings in WordPress admin
  2. Click Update Configuration — re-syncs all jobs (takes 1–2 minutes)
  3. Clear your website cache and CDN cache if applicable
